Shipping-

Paige Rain is not responsible for lost mail. All orders will receive a tracking number and will be sent using USPS. We will not be responsible for packages after they have been accepted by USPS. We do offer free First Class shipping which DOES NOT include insurance. Priority Mail is an option at check out and will include insurance, to make a claim you will need to do so through USPS. We will happily help you track your package but will not replace any items due to lost mail.

Returns-

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.  All returns must be unworn and in new condition. Returns MUST be sent in original box/packaging. Once item is received and inspected store credit will be issued. Please include packing slip or contact information with your return. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns. 

 

 All personalized items are final sale.

CANCELLATIONS-

All orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. 

COUPON CODES-

Coupon codes must be entered at check out. We can not add any discounts after purchase has been made. Only one coupon can be used at a time.

SIZING-

Please measure your child’s foot on a hard flat surface. Add 1/4”-1/2” to allow wiggle room and room to grow. The size of baby feet varies and measuring your child’s foot is the best way to ensure you are getting the best size for your child.

Leather care-

Leather does not require harsh cleaning agents.  On the contrary, we recommend light dusting with a dry cloth, and when necessary, simple cleaning with pure water and mild soap.

We can add a free gift message in your order! At check-out leave a message in the "Notes" section and we will add it to your order at no extra charge. Message must be less than 50 characters.
